So I had an appointment today, i get there and a young man comes out to check me in, informs me my service advisor will be Kim, I say no thank you I want someone else, I don't want to deal with her, she is dumb... the kid goes inside... a lady comes out and starts going over what services I am getting done, I asked her name and she says Kim. I say ok yeah, I not dealing with you, you can't ask basic questions and ensure my concerns are addressed. I would rather deal with some one else. She then proceeds to tell me I am booked on her schedule and how great a service advisor she is. So I say ok then move the car behind me ill go somewhere else because I told you already I'm not dealing with you and yet you are insisting on how great you are by arguing with me and continuing on. ( I previously brought my 2024 highlander in for a vibration when I brake at 45+ mph... it was never fixed, she said it was, then says it was a miscommunication. I ask how, you never asked if they test drove it, if the vibration was fixed or how they fixed it ..she did ask for my payment though🤣, apparently the only question her position asks !) She finally stops arguing with me and leaves.. but I'm still trapped with a truck behind me. I wait, I get waved in. As i am pulling in I start rolling down my window I hear someone saying " well that's why no one wants to work with him". So I sit there about 5 or 10 minutes more the service manager has to come out and help, because you know that's not what service advisors are for, they decide what they do and are their own bosses. I needed new rotors and pads come to find out, you know the things they claim they check on your rotation and ToyotaCare you pay for ..... but not even when rebalancing all 4 tires and performing a brake fluid service, rotation and oil change... and they are supposed to check these things... they can't find anything because they apparently don't do it. And how dare you ask a question... you are then branded a trouble maker and the advisors will apparently refuse to help you. That also means your dealership is losing income. For the G.M. or OWNER, here is an idea: 1) fire the service advisors 2) hire one cashier to cash out all service tickets 3) hire about 3 more cheap check in kids to greet people, check in , assist calling customers when cars are ready, escorting them to pay and getting to thier vehicles and say " I don't know, but if you don't mind waiting I can go try to find out" 4) just have the service manager and 2 non titled assistant positions to help him running the floor and directing workflow and working phones with customer issues 5) hire 1 person to make/change/schedule all appointments Your dealership will probably save 300k a year in Salaries. Seriously, your advisors could all be let go and your customer experience would improve. ***All they do is take car keys, call customers and take forms of payment....*** They do not even talk to the mechanics, you ask them any questions and they fold like a house of cards... it would be better to just have the mechanics take our keys and forms of payments... AT LEAST WE WOULD KNOW THEY KNOW WHAT OUR CONCERNS ARE !! ******Update: no Ressler Motors, you have not bothered to contact me multiple times, I have no missed calls from you. Yes, you have my current phone number, both of them. This is the google version of you saying" you are breaking up , I can't hear you" Because you have no answers, no explanations, no plan for corrective action and no culture of accountability. You also have my email, feel free to email me if you don't want to call.****

I’m a little late on posting this review, but wanted to make sure I still posted it because we had such a good experience purchasing our vehicle with Cam Jacobson at Ressler Toyota in Bozeman. About 6 weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were in the process of looking for a vehicle to prepare for the Montana winter - we recently moved to Montana from Florida and feared my car would not handle the snow and ice very well. We weren’t sure what vehicle would be best for us and Cam took the time to go over different options and help us weigh the pros and cons of each. Cam is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He was very patient with us as we deliberated our options. He wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us to take the time to make a choice that felt right for us. In the end, we left with what I still believe is the best option for us. We are very happy with our RAV4! And when it’s time to get another vehicle, we will definitely be going back to see Cam at Ressler Toyota in BZN! Thanks Cam, you the man!

As others have mentioned-Doug Drysdale was an absolute pleasure to work with. Start to finish, Doug and Colton made everything easy and straightforward. This is a honest business with great employees and no shady practices or price gouging. I purchased my 2024 Tundra remotely and Doug’s communication was superb. From my first phone call I was transferred to Doug who immediately confirmed the truck I was interested in was available. I then asked for out the door numbers and Doug said he’d shoot me a text once we hung up. Within 5 minutes I received a text with a price sheet with my various payment options. Fast forward to when I signed my final docs…the price Doug quoted me initially was EXACTLY what I had been told from the start. Doug and Colton made signing all documents digitally easy and were always available for any questions that had popped up. They were both always responsive and helpful. Colton is the best finance manager I’ve experienced. If you’ve been in the finance office at a dealership before you probably are used to excessive upsells, unnecessary warranties, and a long winded second sales experience that makes you want to abandon your purchase. Colton was honest and succinct and actually convinced me to purchase a warranty because he recommended one based on our conversation that made sense for me. Doug had the car shipped to me (for free) on their beautiful hauler that protected the truck from any transport damage. The driver was great-super knowledgeable and he was a dealership employee. If you’ve dealt with third party haulers-you know why I mention this. 10/10 seamless experience. Highly recommend Ressler Toyota and Doug. I plan on servicing my truck here even though they’re a few hours away because I trust them. Thank you!

I have a 2013 Toyota tundra pick up, I bought it new, and I’ve always taken it to Ressler’s quick lube for my oil changes. But I don’t think I will anymore, as I had to stop by there three times to get my oil changed. The first time I was a half hour before they closed, and they said they didn’t have enough time. So I thought fine, the next time I was an hour before they closed. And I had to go in to talk to somebody for them to tell me That they couldn’t do it that day either. So today I got there an hour and a half after they opened. My vehicle was the first one to get into the garage when they had an opening, and I spent over an hour waiting for them to change my oil. I didn’t have them do anything else. Plus, I had to go ask for my bill after my pick up had been parked outside for over 10 minutes. I don’t have hours to wait on service people. Every time in the past, they’ve been quick and efficient. I will be looking for someplace else for my oil changes in the future.

I wanted to buy a 2025 Highlander hybrid, I called them 3 times. They even didn’t call me back, terrible assistance. I called Helena motors, they called me back and I bought from them. So sad Toyota Bozeman doesn’t care their costumers. Terrible service!

I do not usually buy from dealerships but have to say we had a great experience working with Cam. I was coming from out of state and he made the process very simple. He sent videos of the vehicle, communicated clearly, was not pushy and had an honest, straight presentation. Cam highlighted the dealer fee structure and the (very slight) issues to be aware of right up front so there were no surprises after we made the long trip. If you need a knowledgeable, no pressure, professional to help you with your purchase I would suggest asking for him.

Ressler was very customer focused when selling a new car. However, when it came to telling me that all the paperwork was at the county so I could register the car, their communications failed. Ten days before the paper plate would expire, I texted the sells person about the paperwork. She did not answer. I called twice before speaking with the titles person. The person said the paperwork was in a month before I called. When I asked why I was not notified, the woman was like oops I guess the text did not go through. No apology. They also had my email address which they did not use. I had to set most of a day in the Gallatin County MVD to get plates since there was no time to register the care on line. Nothing like wasting my time.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation this Monday. I have always used Ressler because they have fair prices, great customer service, and they are reliably fast and efficient. When trying to rotate my tires, they discovered that some of my lugs were stripped. Clint, the service manager, stepped up and took care of everything for me without hesitation as they could see that I consistently get my service done by them.
